Extracts of myrrh and chamomile help prevent irritations and maintain oral health, while silica gently cleans without damaging enamel. Peppermint and spearmint essential oils give your breath lasting freshness, and ratanhia strengthens soft tissues in the mouth. Regular use helps prevent the formation of cavities.

Glycerin is a natural ingredient in vegetable and animal fats and oils, which mainly consists of triglycerides (compound of glycerol with three fatty acids). In cosmetic products glycerin is used as a moisturising agent due to its hygroscopic (water-attracting) properties. Besides that, it helps with the distribution of O/W emulsions (oil-in-water-emulsions) and it smoothes and protects the skin.

The Krameria Triandra Root Extract contains many tannins that have an astringent (tanning) effect, e.g. to the oral mucosa. Therefore, the dark brown root extract is a particularly suitable ingredient for mouth and dental care products.
Myrrh Extract
Commiphora Myrrha Resin Extract
Essential oils are important ingredients of the dark-yellow to reddishcoloured myrrha resin. Myrrha extracts are astringent and toning. They aresuitable ingredients of dental care products, as well as for the care of tiredand pale skin.
Chamomile Flower Extract
Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract
The Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Extract of the flowers, stems and leaves of the chamomile plant contains essential oils, flavone derivatives and coumarin. Chamomile flower extracts have a skin-soothing effect and support the regeneration of the skin.

Xanthan Gum is a high molecular weight, long chain carbohydrate (polysaccharide), which is used as a natural gelling agent, emulsion stabiliser, binder and viscosity regulator.

Limonene belongs to the 26 fragrances that have to be listed in the INCI-Declaration since 2005 under EU law, for the protection of fragrance allergy sufferers, if the amount in the product is potentially relevant to the allergy sufferer. Limonene is a natural ingredient of various essential oils that are used to improve the odour of cosmetic products.
